Just before the Paris Agricultural Show, Agriodor, a Rennes-based company specializing in the development of fragrances as an alternative to insecticides, announced that it had raised a further 3 million euros in funding. This news comes on top of a previous round of 5 million euros raised in May 2023, bringing total financing to 8 million euros. These funds will enable Agriodor to extend its activities to the American and Brazilian markets, where biocontrol agriculture is booming.

The company, run by a team of 19 employees under the scientific direction of Ené Leppik and the management of Alain Thibault, Camille Delpoux, and Olivier Le Port, stands out for its innovation in the field of agroecology, offering a sustainable solution to farmers seeking effective alternatives to phytosanitary products. With easy-to-use granules and promising trials on 500 hectares, Agriodor is gearing up for significant expansion, aiming to diversify its applications to new crops and conquer a global market worth over $2 billion.
